The Experience

Our Signature Course

Connect to your spiritual self – the blissful nature of your true being. Join us for our 200hr Traditional Hatha Yoga TTC at our beautiful new retreat center « Down the Rabbit Hole » surrounded by a large, lush tropical garden in the very heart of Ubud.

Hatha Yoga teaches one of the most valuable aspects of yoga—the spiritual path as a transformative process!

Haṭha yoga is a multi-dimensional practice, integrating yogic ethics, diet, cleansing, pranayama (breathing exercises), meditation and an ancient system for spiritual development passed on from Guru to disciple.

During this 3 week course, you’ll be transported away from the stresses of modern life—and experience the lifestyle of a true yogi.

You’ll learn about the roots and wisdom teachings of Hatha, and Spiritual Tantra, specifically, Vijnana Bhairava Tantra, derived from a great classic text of Tantric Shaivism which describes 112 ways to catch sight of Reality beyond the mind.

Explore the essence of life

This course sheds light on many aspects of Hatha yoga— an integral, comprehensive, meditative path, and the founding mother of all modern yoga asana schools.

With A Focus On

The traditional, spiritual approach of yoga as well as preparing you to run your business in the modern world! Building your confidence, skills and profound knowledge.

Asana: Learn a deeply embodied and mindful approach to asana. Alignment isn’t just about your physical body, but focuses on all aspects of your being; your energy, thoughts, emotions, and consciousness.

Pranayama: Practice 8 especially selected breathing techniques rooted in the Shiva Tradition to awaken and purify life-energy.

Meditation: Practice selected meditations from the Shiva Tradition, including mantra, and those practiced within Laya, Kundalini and Bhakti yoga.

Kriya: Experience cleansing techniques, with a strong focus on breath combined with movement. Purify your nervous system, energy channels and other systems of your body – for rejuvenation and healing.

Sadhana: Develop a daily practice, learning the difference between the five Koshas or layers of self (body & nerves, mind, intelligence, will & consciousness)

Theory & Practice: Methodology, philosophy, anatomy and physiology

We maintain a very high standard of teaching while making classes fun and interactive.

Your mornings will begin with an hour of pranayama, meditation and mantra chanting, followed by Hatha Yoga.

Early afternoons focus on learning asanas, with an emphasis on alignment, adjustments & methodology. Then you’ll dive into the theoretical part, studying Yoga Philosophy and Anatomy (alternating days).

Late afternoon lessons focus on restorative styles of yoga such as Yin, Yoga Nidra and specialized workshops.

You will have 1 day off per week, usually Sundays where you get to relax, explore and soak up beautiful Bali!
