“When the senses are stilled, when the mind is at rest, when the intellect wavers not—then, say the wise, is reached the highest stage. This steady control of the senses and mind has been defined as Yoga. The one who attains it is free from delusion. ~ The Kathopanishad

Hatha Yoga teaches one of the most valuable aspects of yoga—the spiritual path as a transformative process!
Haṭha yoga is a multi-dimensional practice, integrating yogic ethics, diet, cleansing, pranayama (breathing exercises), meditation and an ancient system for spiritual development passed on from Guru to disciple.
During this 3 week course, you’ll be transported away from the stresses of modern life—and experience the lifestyle of a true yogi.
You’ll learn about the roots and wisdom teachings of Hatha, and Spiritual Tantra, specifically, Vijnana Bhairava Tantra, derived from a great classic text of Tantric Shaivism which describes 112 ways to catch sight of Reality beyond the mind.
Explore the essence of life
This course sheds light on many aspects of Hatha yoga— an integral, comprehensive, meditative path, and the founding mother of all modern yoga asana schools.
